Game Demonstration

Preparing for Presentation

To prepare for the presentation we have watched videos of other schools who have given their presentations and posted them and compared them to one another pointing out their shortcomings and what we like in them. From these presentations we are going to make a list of things that we want to include in our powerpoint presentation including things like game scene clips, title, and just explanation of the general gameplay of the game. First brainstorming is needed to see the type of layout we want to have for our presentation and then go from there. This should be a rather simple process of showing off the game and storyline we have been preparing.

Disasters

Tragedies happen all over the world everyday but with recent troubles it seems these devastating events are happening closer and closer to home. From the earthquake in Haiti and California, to the tragidy that shook not only our little community to its core, but our whole state. With these catastrophes occurring with more frequency it seems that at times like these there is nothing that can be done, that we are all helpless. However out of the dark is always the light and as a community, nation, and human race we must stand strong and support one another to help ease the pain of these times of great suffering.

We learned the short lesson on animation, and how to get objects to move by using keyframes and motion tween.By making a keyframe with the ball in a different location, you can then go to the motion property and select tween and when playing the movie the ball will smoothly transition from one place to the other.
